General reminder

  1. Please remember to logout the system. This system safe guard the user account security through sessions. Please remember to logout through click on "Logout" at the menu bar to ensure your account is not compromised or misused by others unauthorized access.

User access privilege

  1. This system categorized user into 7 categories which have different access privilege. After login to the system, user will direct to main menu page which stage all the functionalities that can the user can perform. User categories:
    • System admin
    • School administrator
    • Teacher
    • General staff
    • Parent
    • Student
    • Inaccessibility
  2. Note that staff that dismissed from the school is in "Inaccessibility" category which have no access right to the system.
  3. Parent and student maintain his or her access right even he or she leave the school.

New user account activation

  1. The system administrator is responsible to create new user profile. Once the user profile is created, an email will send to the provided mailbox. The email contains a link that linked to set password page where user can set he or she password.
  2. Note that the email act as a ticket to set user password have life of two days. Once the lifetime is expired the ticket is not valid. However user can request a new ticket through click on "Reset password" on the menu bar to request new ticket.

Reset password

  1. To reset password, click on the "Reset password" on menu bar. Next, fill in user id and click on "Send request" button. A ticket will send to user provided email account. Follow the link in the email to link to reset password page to reset password.
  2. Note that the ticket have lifetime of two days and the reset password action need to perform within the valid time period.
  3. If user received reset password ticket email but not he or she not request for it, please just ignore the email and perform no action. The user password remains valid and the account security is not compromised.
